Legal Cases

In a democracy, no one is above the law. The government is no exception. Just like citizens, the government is responsible to respect the rights and freedoms of everyone else.

Unfortunately the Canadian government has not been fully respecting the rights of Canadians to democratic dissent, to accessible information, to be treated fairly and equally, and other key rights.

Some of us are raising our voices to reverse this trend, by using the courts to ensure that the government is held accountable when it may have broken the law.
